Meet EGP's leadership
EGP’s work is led by a Secretariat based in Nairobi, supported by a Steering Committee elected from among its members. Together, they provide strategic direction, coordinate programs, and ensure that the Platform’s mission is implemented effectively across all focus areas.

Charles Wanguhu
Charles is a Pan-Africanist and human rights advocate, founding director of the Enzi Ijayo-Africa Initiative. He has coordinated civil society platforms including the Kenya Civil Society Platform on Oil and Gas, and served on the board of the Africa Centre for Open Governance. He holds degrees from the University of Bedfordshire and the University of Westminster, and is a Draper Hills Fellow at Stanford University.

Faith Alubbe
Faith Alubbe is a human rights advocate with over nine years of experience supporting women and marginalized communities on land rights and governance. She oversees the Transitional Justice Program at Kenya’s Human Rights Commission and provides pro bono legal support through community-based organizations. Faith holds an LLB and an MA in project management and design from the University of Nairobi, and a postgraduate diploma in human resource management.
